We are currently having adverse performance on this kvmhost serving VPS, and are investigating the causes. We expect to have it back to normal operation soon, and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Update 12.30pm – We have started a batch migration of affected Virtual Machine from this kvmhost to two replacement kvmhosts. As this progresses, performance will improve for all VMs involved.

We will keep this status page updated as this process continues.

Planned System Maintenance

At the above time and date, mail21 will be upgraded to newer, faster hardware. The server will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes during this time.

Due to incompatibilities in the old POP3 standard, a small number of clients may download mail still stored on the server. Switching to the IMAP protocol for any POP3 mailboxes will prevent this from occurring.

We apologise for any inconvenience this unavoidable downtime may cause.
